Junior Quant Trader

The Junior Quant Trader position involves an exciting mix of quantitative analysis, alpha research, and hands-on trading responsibilities. During market hours, Junior Quant Traders actively trade on fast-paced markets with our trading team. After market hours, they work with our quant team to build and improve trading strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in math, physics, or similar quantitative field.
  • Proficiency with python and data analysis libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Sklearn, etc.).
  • US citizenship or at least five years of US employment authorization.
  • Gumption.

Full-Stack Quant Developer

Chicago Office
Seeking an experienced, self-motivated problem solver with a versatile skill set to shape the future of Eschaton's technology and trading. Become a leader at a growing company with a collaborative team environment focused on innovation, creativity, and growth. The Full-Stack Quant Developer will oversee all of Eschaton's software and collaborate with quants and traders to build the next generation of Eschaton's systems and strategies.
Requirements
  • Mastery of Python.
  • Web development. Flask and Dash experience preferred.
  • Linux systems, including task automation, remote server management, and bash scripting.
  • Database management and SQL. Experience with MySQL and SQLAlchemy preferred.
  • Complex statistical analysis and backtesting on large datasets using Python (NumPy, Pandas, etc.).
  • US citizenship or at least five years of US employment authorization.
